1. Who we are
PetTalk AI provides digital tools for creating pet videos and images. Contact our support team for privacy questions.
Contact: support@mypetsing.com.
For the purposes of the Belarusian Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-З of 7 May 2021 “On Personal Data Protection” (the “Personal Data Law”) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we act as the controller (operator) of the personal data described below.
2. Data we collect
We collect the following categories of data:
2.1 Data you provide
- Account and contact data: name or nickname, email address, and any message you send to support.
- Email for video delivery: if you ask us to email you your video, we store the address you enter to send the download link and, if you received one, the bonus video credit. You can unsubscribe at any time (see Section 8).
- Content you upload: photos of pets (or other images you choose to upload), audio recordings or audio files, text prompts and scripts, and the videos, images or other results generated from them.
- Payment data: plan or pack selected, transaction amount, currency, status and an order/transaction identifier. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers — they are entered on the payment provider’s page.
- Support data: the content of your requests to us and the correspondence that follows.
2.2 Data collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system and device type, language, referring page, and date/time of access.
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, generation status and errors, and approximate region derived from IP address.
- Cookie and similar data: identifiers stored in cookies, local storage and similar technologies (see Section 6).
2.3 Data we do not intend to collect
Please do not upload photos, audio or prompts that contain special categories of data, personal data of third parties, or any content you do not have the right to use. If you upload an image of a person, you must have that person’s consent.
3. How we use data
We use personal data to:
- create and manage your account and provide access to the Service;
- process the photos, audio and prompts you submit and generate the requested videos, images or other results;
- process payments and provide invoices, receipts and refunds;
- respond to your questions, requests and complaints;
- operate, maintain, secure and improve the Service, including detecting and preventing abuse, fraud and errors;
- measure aggregate usage and understand how the Service is used;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service and Public Offer.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your uploaded content for advertising purposes.
4. Legal bases
Where the GDPR or similar rules apply, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the Service you requested); consent (for example, for cookies that are not strictly necessary, or where you upload content of other people); our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement); and compliance with legal obligations (accounting, tax). Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We share personal data only where necessary, with:
- hosting, storage, CDN and infrastructure providers that host the Service and its content;
- AI processing providers that generate the requested video, image or audio results from your input;
- payment providers, including WebPay (the acquiring service used for card payments), and banks involved in processing your payment;
- analytics and error-monitoring providers;
- email and support tooling used to communicate with you;
- professional advisers, auditors and authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.
Processors act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may also disclose data in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or sale of assets, and where required by law or valid legal process.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Service working, remember your choices (for example, your language) and understand aggregate usage. We use:
| Type | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Core operation, security, load balancing and remembering your language and free-usage balance. |
| Analytical / performance | Understanding how visitors use the Service so we can improve it. |
| Functional | Remembering your preferences between visits. |
You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working. For more information, visit aboutcookies.org.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including the WebPay acquiring service. When you pay, you are redirected to, or interact with, the payment provider’s secure page. The provider processes your card data under its own terms and privacy policy; we receive only the information needed to confirm and account for the payment (for example, transaction identifier, amount, currency and status). We do not store full card numbers.
8. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:
- account and uploaded content — while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards;
- generated results and project data — as needed to provide the Service, and then for a limited period before deletion;
- payment and accounting records — for the period required by tax and accounting law;
- support correspondence — for a reasonable period to resolve and document the request;
- technical logs — for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
We may retain data longer where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
9. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including encryption in transit, access controls and limited retention. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International transfers
Some of our providers and AI processing partners may be located outside your country. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we take steps required by applicable law to protect it, including contractual safeguards. By using the Service, you understand that your data may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own.
11. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- obtain information about the processing of your personal data and access it;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request deletion of data where there is no legal ground for continued processing;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal;
- object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing;
- receive your data in a portable format where technically feasible;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Belarus this is the National Centre for Personal Data Protection; in the EU, your local supervisory authority.
To exercise your rights, contact us at support@mypetsing.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
12. Children
The Service is not intended for children. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service and to upload any content. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy and Cookies Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the effective date shown above. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Policy.
14. Contact
